This is the blogging platform I currently use and the one I will put first on this list.  Blogger is owned by Google and overall they have the easiest most user friendly atmosphere (my humble opinion).  Your Blog will be hosted on their server for FREE or you can even choose to host it yourself.  Smooth integration with Google Adsense makes this option great for earning revenue once your MLM Blog has established traffic.

Typepad.Com

Typepad is another very popular Blogging service.  They are very feature rich and easy to use however Typepad only offers a free trial.  Their base membership option is $4.95 per month.  I am not a Typepad user but am simply recommending them because they are so popular and widely respected among the Blogosphere.

TBlog.Com

TBlog is another FREE and very feature rich Blogging platform.  Thousands of Bloggers use this service including several MLM Blogs.  I do not use this service but am placing it in this resource as it is one of the more popular user friendly platforms.
